Operator: QuadHoldings LLC, doing business as HelpMyNest. Applies to Customers, Providers, and visitors.
Effective Date: July 10, 2026. Version: PRIV-v2.1. This Policy was last updated on July 10, 2026.
This Policy explains what personal information HelpMyNest collects, why, and how it's used. California residents have additional rights described in our separate California Privacy Notice.
What we don't collect: Under the current model, HelpMyNest does not process or store payment card information, since payment for services is arranged directly between Customer and Provider.
Cookies and tracking technologies: HelpMyNest uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate the Platform, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies we use and how to manage your preferences.
Data minimization: We collect only the personal information that is reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and provide the services described in this Policy — identifiers to create accounts and route requests, location information to match Customers with Providers in the correct service area, request details to route quote requests, and device/usage data to maintain Platform security and reliability.
Automated routing: HelpMyNest uses automated logic to match Customer quote requests with relevant Providers based on service category and geographic area. This process does not involve profiling for advertising or creditworthiness purposes.
HelpMyNest will not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those listed in this Section without providing you prior notice and, where required by law, obtaining your consent.
Request and account data is stored on servers located in the United States. HelpMyNest uses third-party cloud infrastructure providers who are contractually obligated through Data Processing Agreements to use your data only to provide services to HelpMyNest and to maintain appropriate security controls.
HelpMyNest implements reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal information we collect, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and HelpMyNest cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, HelpMyNest will notify affected California residents as required by California Civil Code §1798.82 and other applicable law, within the timeframe required by law. Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your account, or by substitute notice if email is unavailable.
HelpMyNest does not sell personal information for money, and does not “share” personal information, as that term is defined under CPRA, for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Because HelpMyNest does not sell or share personal information as defined under CPRA, we are not required to provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out link. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism before such change takes effect.
HelpMyNest retains personal information for the following periods:
We may retain data beyond these periods where required by law, where a legal dispute is pending, or where you have given us consent to retain it longer. Upon expiration of the applicable period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
HelpMyNest is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). For California residents, HelpMyNest does not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 16 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, as required by the CCPA/CPRA.
Users represent that they are at least 18 years of age, or at least 16 years of age with verifiable parental consent. HelpMyNest does not independently verify user age at account creation but relies on user representations. If HelpMyNest learns that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a user under the applicable age threshold, it will promptly delete that information.
HelpMyNest may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any material changes via email to your registered email address. For changes that expand the categories of personal information we collect, add new categories of third parties with whom we share data, or materially change how we use your data, we will seek your affirmative consent before the change takes effect for existing users.
A material change to this Privacy Policy is any change that: (a) expands the categories of personal information collected; (b) adds new sharing or disclosure partners; (c) changes the purposes for which data is used; or (d) reduces your rights under this Policy.
