Claim Profile Policy.

1. What an Unclaimed Profile Is

HelpMyNest may list a business profile that was created using publicly available information (such as a business name, category, and general service area) before the business itself has joined the Platform. An unclaimed profile is clearly marked as such and does not include information that wasn't already public.

An unclaimed profile does not imply any relationship, endorsement, or agreement between HelpMyNest and the listed business. It exists only to help Customers identify businesses that may offer relevant services.

2. How to Claim Your Profile

If you recognize your business on an unclaimed profile, you may claim it by verifying that you are an authorized representative of that business. The claiming process requires:

• Confirming a phone number or email associated with the business
• Agreeing to the Provider Agreement
• Reviewing and updating any information on the profile

Once claimed, you control the profile's content, can receive quote requests routed to it, and can update or remove information at any time.

3. Requesting Removal

If you do not wish to have an unclaimed profile listed, you may request its removal by contacting support@helpmynest.com with information identifying the business. We will process removal requests promptly.

4. Accuracy of Unclaimed Profiles

HelpMyNest makes reasonable efforts to ensure unclaimed profile information reflects publicly available, current information, but does not guarantee its accuracy. Claiming a profile is the most reliable way to ensure the information about your business is accurate and current.

5. Disputes Over Profile Ownership

If more than one party claims authority over the same business profile, HelpMyNest may request documentation (such as proof of business ownership or authorization) before resolving the claim, and may suspend the profile while the dispute is resolved.
