SMS Terms.

1. What You're Signing Up For

• Request Status Alerts (Customers): Confirmation your quote request was sent, and updates when a Provider Accepts or Declines.
• Lead Alerts (Providers): Notification when a new quote request matches your profile, with a secure link to review it.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent box when submitting a request (Customers) or creating a profile (Providers), you agree to receive text messages from HelpMyNest related to that activity. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Platform's other features for Customers browsing or contacting Providers directly; it is, however, the primary way Providers are notified of new leads.

3. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity (e.g., how many requests you submit or receive). Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HelpMyNest does not charge for SMS messages itself.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that, unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@helpmynest.com.

Note for Providers: Opting out of SMS will delay or prevent you from receiving lead alerts, since that is currently the primary notification channel for new requests. Email notifications will continue unless separately disabled.

5. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is supported on major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

6. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS interactions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number.
