Review Policy.

1. Who Can Leave a Review

Reviews may be submitted by customers who have submitted a service request through the HelpMyNest platform. HelpMyNest does not currently verify that a reviewed service was actually completed before a review is published, though we may gate reviews on completed bookings in a future release.

2. What Reviews Represent

Reviews represent the personal opinions of individual customers. HelpMyNest does not independently verify the accuracy of any review. Reviews are not endorsements by HelpMyNest and do not constitute any guarantee of future service quality.

3. Review Content Standards

Reviews must:

• Be based on the reviewer's genuine first-hand experience
• Not contain discriminatory language, personal attacks, or harassment
• Not contain false statements of fact or defamatory content
• Not be submitted by the provider about their own business

Reviews that violate these standards may be removed at HelpMyNest's discretion.

4. Review Disputes

If you are a provider and believe a review is false, defamatory, or violates our standards, you may request a review by emailing support@helpmynest.com with the subject line Review Dispute — [your profile name]. HelpMyNest may review the dispute and remove the review if it violates our standards, but is not obligated to do so in every case.

5. No Manipulation

Providers may not solicit, incentivize, or arrange for fake reviews to be submitted. Customers may not submit reviews in exchange for payment, discounts, or other consideration. HelpMyNest may remove profiles found to be engaging in review manipulation.

6. HelpMyNest's Role

HelpMyNest acts as a passive host of user-submitted reviews. HelpMyNest does not endorse the opinions expressed in reviews and is not liable for their content to the extent permitted by the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230) and applicable law.
